Nicolò Bastianini Carnelutti, who is the nephew of Francesco Carnelutti (1879-1965) and a former partner of prime international Law Firms is the founder of the law firm Bastianini Carnelutti.
Nicolò advises leading Italian and international clients on Corporate – M&A matters and his practice focuses on company and corporate law, international transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, compliance and contract law corporate finance, general corporate law and commercial contracts.He has assisted many domestic and international industrial, financial and commercial companies.
