Massimo Pellizzato is a member of the Bar Association of Busto Arsizio, authorised to practisebefore the Court of Cassation. He is also listed on the register of experts in the negotiated settlement of business crises and in managing over-indebtedness crises.
He holds a Second-Level master’s degree in public economics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and has attended summer schools at various foreign universities, including Temple University, Suffolk University Law School, George Washington University Law School, and King’s College London.
Massimo has gained significant experience in commercial contracts, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions, handling transactions involving the leasing or sale of businesses or shares, joint ventures, and business crisis law. He has assisted companies in preventive agreements, restructuring agreements, and ancillary agreements to certified recovery plans, both in the procedural phase and in the executive phase of agreements and approved plans.
Massimo has also developed specific expertise in actions for liability against directors, sometimes also defending directors in legal proceedings.
