Luciana, member of the Rome Bar Association, has been practising law for over twenty-five years in the areas of civil, corporate, commercial, and real estate law, both in litigation and in non-contentious matters.
Authorised to practise before higher courts since 2013, she has assisted several public authorities (including healthcare organisations and local authorities) and companies (including those under extraordinary administration) handling complex cases before ordinary Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Cassation, regional administrative tribunals (TAR), and the Council of State.
Luciana is highly specialised in the integrated management of litigation and in preventative legal advice, particularly in matters of civil liability, commercial law, contract law, urban planning, real estate, and insolvency proceedings.
In addition to her litigation work, she has developed specific expertise in mediation and assisted negotiation, having qualified as a professional mediator at the ADR Center in Rome and taken part in specialist training programmes in the areas of supportive administration and the resolution of family and financial disputes. This allows her to support clients even in the most delicate phases of legal risk management and litigation prevention, with an approach focused on the effective resolution of disputes.
In 2019, following a long-term collaboration with an important law firm, Luciana embarked on an independent professional path and widen the spectrum of her activities by taking on legal advisory roles in secondment to private companies operating in the environmental sector. She iscurrently furthering her expertise in this area through a Level II Master’s degree.
Luciana has joined the team of Schiavello & Co in June 2025.
