Danila graduated in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, with full marks.
During her academic studies, in addition to developing a particular interest in commercial and corporate law, international law and regulation, Danila gained training experience at one of Italy’s leading publicly controlled joint-stock companies and at a law firm.
She also served as a member of the Executive Board of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS), contributing to the organisation of initiatives and conferences involving professionals active in highly regulated and innovative sectors.
Danila supports the Firm in advising Italian and international clients on banking and finance matters, with a particular focus on structured finance transactions. Her work includes legal research, contract work and the analysis of regulatory aspects.
