Umberto Stradella graduated with full honours in Law and in Philosophy and is registered with the Bar of Milan and authorised to practise before the Court of cassation.
Umberto, specialised in civil, bankruptcy, commercial, and banking law, provides assistance in major restructurings for both companies and banks. He has developed a broad and recognised expertise across all areas of insolvency law, including pre-insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, recovery plans, and restructuring agreements, as well as negotiated compositions and the contractual aspects related to recovery plans. He has also handled some of the most prominent legal disputes concerning national insolvency procedures, including actions for liability and avoidance, often involving criminal matters.
Umberto has held several teaching positions in civil law at the University of Milan and is a frequent speaker at conferences on corporate insolvency law.
